Our Terms
- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- All payments to Free Spirit Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. If you enter your name incorrectly, a name fee may apply.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
- If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Name Change Fee – $200 before final payment date on your invoice; $250 + any vendor fees after the final payment date on your invoice.
- Late payment of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice.
All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically.
When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.
Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
- Your passport must continue to be valid for at least 6 months after the trip departure date.
- The above quote includes only one-time airport arrival and departure, in case clients have flights at different timings arrival will be subject to extra transfer charges.
- I suggest you check the Passport Validity and visa requirements well in advance.
- I do not hold any responsibility for any event that is beyond my control like flight cancellation, delays, miss – connection, or loss of baggage. I will advise you to call airlines directly in such situations.
- I suggest you book travel insurance before travel for unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, connection missed, loss of luggage Etc

Free Spirit Travel Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit Non-Refundable:
All deposits are non-refundable upon payment. - Cancellation Fees:
- 90 to 61 Days Prior to Departure: You will be charged 35% of the trip cost, plus any airline cancellation fees and ticketing office cancellation fees.
- 60 to 31 Days Prior to Departure: You will be charged 50% of the trip cost, plus any airline cancellation fees and ticketing office cancellation fees.
- 30 Days or Less Prior to Departure: You will be charged 100% of the trip cost.
- No Refund for Unused Services:
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the trip or services, regardless of the reason. This is due to payments made in advance to suppliers, which are non-refundable to Free Spirit Travel. - Changes to Reservations: Any changes to an existing reservation will require full cancellation and rebooking, subject to the cancellation fees outlined above. Changes or additions made after departure will incur additional costs at local rates and must be borne by the traveler.
- Airline Tickets: Once full payment is received, airline tickets will be issued and are fully non-refundable. If airline tickets need to be issued earlier than the Final Payment Due date, a larger non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required.
- Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment. Insurance can provide coverage for cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
